  They did a good install, but I have done my own service since then which has made them less than helpful and snarky when calling or dropping in to ask if they could comment on an issue I was having with a $5000 stove I bought through them. That was expected poor Mammoth customer service actually, but when I was told an accessory for the appliance was out of production and unavailable, and I learned otherwise by calling the company and ordering through another vendor I decided these guys are pretty lame unless your directly shoving money at them.

  Their very aggressive sales tactic turned me off. Just asked for the price of a stove. They wanted to know everything about you and your property - give me a break. I am not doing business with these guys for sure.
